SUMMARY:DIY Magnesium Bath Workshop (Family-Friendly\, October)
DESCRIPTION:Make magnesium baths for yourself and the people you love. In this hands-on workshop you will mix and match mineral-rich magnesium flakes\, clays\, dried botanicals and oils to create your own custom bath blends\, then bag and label them to take home. They make beautiful gifts for grandparents\, teachers and friends\, or keep them for your own evening soak. \nAffordable and family-friendly. This workshop is made for families: bring the kids and make baths together. Make as many extra baths as you like for your loved ones\, right there at the table. \nAlong the way Katerina shares 20 years of magnesium know-how: the different types of magnesium\, why our bodies need it\, and how people soaked in mineral waters long before it came in a bag. \n\nPrice: $23 per person\, includes all materials for one magnesium bath with your own custom label\nExtra baths: $15 each\, as many as you like (paid on the night)\nLength: 1.5 hours\nGroup size: max 12 people\nWhere: Mila Earth\, West Vancouver (details in your confirmation email)\n\nEach person making a bath needs their own spot. Tickets are non-refundable.

SUMMARY:Smashing Sauerkraut
DESCRIPTION:Release some of life’s frustrations while making a great probiotic food for your family! Everyone goes home with their own sauerkraut. Please bring one head of cabbage of your choice (bigger cabbage = more sauerkraut) — other vegetables provided. Bringing 2 heads is fine too.
