Morels: A truly gourmet treat- the morel is nutty, smoky, and earthy. It is irreplaceable in cream sauces, pastas, and gravies, or excellent sautéed solo.
To Rehydrate: Place dried morels in lukewarm water and soak for 15 minutes or until pliable. Remove and cook as you would fresh morels.
TIP: instead of discarding the water, strain debris out with a coffee filter and use for soups or gravies- its full of flavor!
