Traditional Czech Christmas baking (cukroví) is restrained and rich. Cookies were small, deeply flavoured, and built from butter, nuts, cocoa, spices, and preserves — not flour and excess sugar.
This collection keeps that tradition intact while removing gluten and modern fillers.

Clean Sweeteners (Brief)


Preferred:
- Powdered monk fruit (pure, no fillers)
- Berry sugar (finely ground freeze-dried berries)
- Organic powdered cane sugar
Use less — choose better.
🐾 Kakaové Pracny (Traditional Czech Cocoa Bear Paws — Egg-Free)




Ingredients
- 1½ cups finely ground organic walnuts (very fine)
- 2 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¾ cup grass-fed butter, very soft
- ⅓ cup powdered monk fruit, berry sugar, or organic icing sugar
- 1 tbsp dark rum (traditional, optional)
Method
- Cream butter and sweetener until smooth.
- Mix in rum.
- Combine dry ingredients; fold into butter mixture.
- Press firmly into buttered, cocoa-dusted bear paw molds.
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 10–11 minutes.
- Cool briefly, unmold, dust lightly.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups organic almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca starch (optional)
- ¾ cup grass-fed butter
- ½ cup powdered monk fruit or organic icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Zest of 1 organic lemon
- Pinch sea salt
- Fruit-only jam (raspberry, apricot, or plum)
Method
- Cream butter and sweetener.
- Add yolks, zest, and salt.
- Mix in flours.
- Roll, cut, bake at 350°F / 175°C for 8–10 minutes.
- Cool and sandwich with jam.

Base
- 1½ cups organic almond flour
- ½ cup grass-fed butter
- ¼ cup powdered monk fruit or organic sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Pinch sea salt
Filling
- ¾ cup fruit-only jam
- ¾ cup finely ground organic walnuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 100 g organic dark chocolate (70%+)
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Method
- Press base into lined pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350°F / 175°C.
- Add filling, bake 15 minutes more.
- Top with melted chocolate.
- Cool and slice.
