Land Acknowledgement

Mila Earth is a family business that lives, works and plays on the unceded traditional territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Kai and our children are Squamish Nation.

We give thanks to this land, and to the lands around the Earth, for allowing us to see what the Earth has bestowed upon us, and to share it with all nations with gratitude and joy. Katerina’s European roots and Kai’s Indigenous wisdom, combined with the amazing power of this land, have made Mila Earth possible. We thank our ancestors and all who came before us for allowing us to live in this particular dimension, at this moment in time.
