- 40-60 min Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of sound bowls, with the optional placement of bowls directly on your body for enhanced healing.
- Magnesium Therapy: Begin with magnesium application to ground and prepare you for deep relaxation.
- Optional Enhancements: Elevate your experience with:
- Magnesium Hot Tub Soak for added relaxation ( space permitting- bring a bathing suit )
- Handmade chocolate to open your breath and enhance your practice.
- Post-Session Delights: Savor wild-foraged herbal tea (with a herbalism touch!) or a glass of wine to complete your journey.
