As a small business owner and, more importantly, as a mother and a lifelong learner, I’m constantly seeking out new knowledge. Whether it’s books, doctors, innovative treatments, or age-old practices, I’m always exploring ways to live a healthier, more balanced life. And I believe that part of my role is to share what I’ve learned—just as our ancestors once did, gathering around a warm fire, exchanging wisdom that heals both inside and out.

In today’s world, it’s easy to feel disconnected, but I want to be a light you can rely on—a place where we can share feedback, questions, conversations, and knowledge. Social media and the internet can either separate us or bring us together, making the sharing of valuable insights more accessible than ever.

I do my best to keep my social media updated and post regular blogs, but if you truly want to stay in the loop, the best way is through our biweekly newsletter. This is where I share the most in-depth updates—like events, seasonal foraging tips, recipes, book recommendations, and more. It’s a way for us to keep the conversations going beyond social media.

I’ve noticed that many of my clients aren’t active on social media, which is why the newsletter has become an essential way to stay connected. If you’d like to receive these updates, I’d love for you to join us. You can sign up here (link), and rest assured, you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you’re already a part of the newsletter community, I’m so grateful for your support! Feel free to invite your friends and family to join too—the more we share, the better.

And if you ever have any specific topics you’d like me to cover—whether it’s about foraging, health practices, or anything in between—please reach out! I love hearing your ideas, and I want this to be a space that serves your needs as well.

With love and gratitude,
Katerina
