Sound Bath
Our classic sound bath: a slow, cozy 90-minute evening to fully switch off and unwind.
What’s included
- Chocolate to start, as we settle in together
- Magnesium body care to enjoy during the session
- A weighted blanket to sink into
- Guided breathwork to relax and arrive
- Singing bowls played around you (not on the body)
How it differs from our Infrared Sound Bath
The classic session doesn’t include infrared light, bowls played directly on the body, or the magnesium hot tub afterwards. That’s why it’s our most affordable sound bath.
7:00–8:30 pm. Wear something comfortable. Spaces are limited, so please book ahead.
