A small, intimate sound bath (max 8 people) designed to gently guide your body into deep relaxation — without overwhelm or pressure.

• 40–60 minute sound bath with tuned singing bowls
• Optional placement of bowls on the body for deeper effect

• Magnesium application (your choice) to ground and prepare the body

• Weighted blankets and full comfort setup

• Handmade chocolate to open breath and presence

• Wild-foraged herbal tea to close the session

• Optional infrared and vagus nerve support
