Your daily magnesium ritual

Morning: Magnesium Oil. Spray onto arms, legs or shoulders and massage in. A light tingle is normal the first few times.

Evening: Magnesium Body Butter. Massage into feet, knees and shoulders before bed for soft, nourished skin.

Weekly: Magnesium Bath Flakes. Dissolve 1 to 3 cups in a warm bath, or half a cup for a foot soak, and take your time.
