8 oz spray (237 ml): clear plastic bottle with a fine mist sprayer. Perfect for the bathroom shelf or your gym bag.

16 oz refill (473 ml): clear plastic bottle with a sealed screw cap, our best value. Keep your sprayer and simply top it up at home.

Choose your scent: Unscented, Lavender or Muscle & Joint. Most magnesium oils are plain. We hand-blend ours with essential oils so it becomes a ritual you look forward to.

How I use it: 14 to 20 sprays all over the body, massaged in. If you feel a tingle, spray onto damp skin after a shower, or rinse after about 20 minutes. Keep away from eyes and freshly shaved or broken skin. Shake well before use.
