Smashing Sauerkraut
Release some of life's frustrations while making a great probiotic food for your family! Everyone goes home with their own sauerkraut. Please bring one head of cabbage of your choice (bigger cabbage = more sauerkraut) — other vegetables provided. Bringing 2 heads is fine too.
Sound Bath
A simple, classic sound bath — singing bowls only (not played on the body), no infrared light, no hot tub or treats after. Just the sound. Runs 7:00-8:30pm.

Infrared Sound Bath
Unwind with sound bowls played directly on the body, infrared light, and magnesium — timed to the lunar cycle. Evening session after market hours. Max 7 people. Runs 7:00-9:30pm, though feel free to head out after the sound bath itself if you're busy or have kids at home.
