🧪 Binders (underrated)
Fibre, charcoal, clay + psyllium, chlorophyll, zeolite
→ this is how your body actually eliminates


🌿 Extra tools I’ve explored over the years
Castor oil (topical + internal depending on situation)
Occasional parasite protocols
Even things like pine resin (natural gum spirits)

And yes… I’ve explored stronger things too at different times.

Not because I love extremes—
but because I really don’t like being sick.
