Everything we make is handmade in small batches in West Vancouver, British Columbia, and packed by our family. We ship our magnesium body care to every province and territory in Canada.
Free shipping in Canada over $200
Orders over $200 ship free anywhere in Canada. Our big 20-cup and 50-cup bath flake bags are not included in free shipping because of their weight. Large orders never need to be split: if your order needs two boxes, we send two boxes.
How we ship
We ship through ClickShip, which compares Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canpar so you get a fair price. You will see the live rates and estimated delivery times for your address at checkout before you pay.
Shipping to your province
- British Columbia: usually our fastest deliveries. On the North Shore we also offer free local delivery to houses (not apartments), and you can pick up from our home in West Vancouver by calling ahead, or from one of our markets.
- Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba: the dry prairie winters are when many of our customers reach for body butter and bath flakes.
- Ontario and Quebec: we ship to every city and town. Questions in French are always welcome.
- Atlantic Canada and the North: we ship to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the territories. Delivery takes a little longer, so order early before holidays.
United States and international
For orders to the United States, please email in**@*******th.com and we will process your order separately. We also ship to the UK and Europe, with live rates at checkout.
Damaged or missing items
If something arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, email us at in**@*******th.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out with you. You can read our full refund and returns policy here.
