Wing Chun — Calm Strength, Practical Protection

Kai Lin has been practising Wing Chun for over 16 years. He trained under his Shifu, Thaili, who was taught by Ip Man’s nephew in Taipei. Kai learned directly from both men, carrying forward a traditional lineage rooted in efficiency, awareness, and embodied calm.

What is Wing Chun?

Wing Chun is a close-range martial art originally designed for women. It does not rely on strength or size, but on structure, timing, sensitivity, and alignment. Movements are compact and intentional, making it highly effective for real-life self-defence.

The practice is often compared to Tai Chi in how it protects your energy, trains presence, and regulates the nervous system—while still teaching clear, practical techniques.
