We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Conscious Book Club, with our first gathering taking place on January 22nd, from 7–9 PM at 101 Glenmore Drive. This is more than just a book club—it’s a space for learning, sharing, and building a deep sense of community.

Our first book selection is Let Them by Mel Robbins, but we’re keeping our options open for future readings. Here are a few books we’d love to explore together:

  • Breath
  • Niacin: The Real Story
  • The Ancestral Diet Revolution
  • Good Energy by Casey Means
  • Iodine Crisis
  • The Moth in the Iron Lung
  • Out of Your Mind by Alan Watts
  • Anything related to mushrooms, health, consciousness, frequency, cooking, lifestyle, exercise, or inspiring journeys.

We can also invite local health gurus to join us for an evening to share their knowledge, creating even more opportunities for growth and inspiration.

Why Join the Conscious Book Club?

Unlike most book clubs, this isn’t just about sticking to one book. We’ll swap books, share knowledge, and even dive into personal challenges, opening the door for meaningful discussions. When someone shares what they’re struggling with, the group can offer recommendations—whether it’s a book, author, practice, or advice—to help deepen understanding and inspire solutions.

This club is a free-form therapy session in disguise. We’re relying on the wisdom of others, the beautiful insights from the books we read, and the shared experiences of like-minded individuals.

Building a Tribe

As we grow older, one of the hardest things is finding your tribe—people who share your values and your vision for life. This club is an opportunity to create meaningful connections with others who are passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth. Every person in this group brings unique expertise, and we can’t wait to learn from one another.

Together, we’ll explore fascinating topics, share our insights, and foster a sense of belonging that helps us thrive individually and as a community.
