This is our full-strength magnesium chloride oil, made by hand in small batches in West Vancouver. One refill fills almost four of our 120 ml spray bottles, so you can keep your sprayer and simply top it up.

Choose your scent: Delicious, Lavender, Muscle & Joint, Lemoncello Dream, Sandalwood + Sweetgrass or Unscented. Most magnesium oils are plain. We hand-blend ours so it becomes a ritual you look forward to.

How I use it: 14 to 20 sprays all over the body, massaged in. If you feel a tingle, spray onto damp skin after a shower, or rinse after about 20 minutes. Keep away from eyes and freshly shaved or broken skin. Shake well before use.
