Magnesium chloride, not Epsom salt. Most drugstore bath salts are Epsom salt, which is magnesium sulfate. Our flakes are magnesium chloride, the same mineral salt found in seawater and natural hot springs. It dissolves quickly in warm water and turns an ordinary bath into a mineral soak.
