I call myself an alchemist, and Focus Pocus is one of my favourite little potions. It starts with our magnesium chloride, the same mineral we have worked with by hand for 20 years. Then I add a bright, fresh blend of peppermint, rosemary, basil and lemon.

Roll it onto your temples, the back of your neck or your wrists, take a slow breath, and get on with your day. It is my go-to for the afternoon, the drive home and the moments when I want to feel fresh and awake.

How to use

Like all our magnesium products, roll it on wherever your body asks for it. My favourite spots are the temples, the back of the neck, along the collarbone and behind the ears, the same points I use for my lymphatic self-massage. It is also lovely on knees, hips and any joint that has been working hard, rolled on and massaged in slowly. A light tingle is normal with magnesium. Keep away from eyes.
